Demo forms of MachForm or phpform.org?

If you are using MachForm, simply use the embed code provided. It automatically strips the form container.

I've created a few demo forms and they are great.

I am not a CSS/HTML whizz, although I come into my own with PHP and MySQL.. I wish to strip out the form which is nicely produced as a full webpage so that I can drop the actual form inside another webpage without clipping the edges and forcing scroll bars. When I tried this before I had ugly results.

Which bits do I need to copy out of the form, to paste inside, say Drupal or Wordpress?

Can I force the form table to be a set size?

What can I do about comments that appear at the right hand side? Can I make them tool-tips or mouse-over instead to save width?
