<description>&#60;p&#62;Ahh... I think you are referring to the yellow background coming from Google Toolbar.&#60;br /&#62;
If your browser is having Google Toolbar, make sure to turn off &#34;AutoFill&#34; feature.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Google toolbar automatically highlight certain fields (such as Name, email, etc) with yellow background.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've tested your form using browser without google toolbar and I don't see any yellow background.
