In short, we don't host your form. All your forms and data belongs to your own server.

AMurray is right.

but there's another option, why don't buy machform, hire someone that offers data storage/backup or something similar company, let them install the script on their server, let them handle the datas and let them do the e-mailing thing. in that way, you will not be responsible for any data leak. complicated eh? hahaha!

I assume you know the basics of how this application works and have tried the demo (http://www.appnitro.com/demo/).

You need PHP and a MySQL database to run the application. (Requirements are stated here: http://www.appnitro.com/machform/requirements)

Machform application has to be hosted on your server (not appnitro.com - it's not a "remote hosted" application). After paying for the product, you download it and install it on your web server. Installation: http://www.appnitro.com/machform/installation

The default action of the application is the results are sent to a MySQL database; the emailing function is optional.

Not sure what you mean by your comment about collecting stats - the site owner where Machform's installed would be responsible for the data collected, not Appnitro.com

I guess another big question is...

Is the form manager hosted on my server or yours?

I would really like to purchase this product, but I will be making forms that could contain client data, therefore I can not have information inputed in the form being sent back to your server for stats, csv forms, etc. Is there a way I can simply have a form where it takes the user input and emails the info to the intended recipient? If so, will it still have your nice email format?

Also, it there a way to allow the user to input the email address of the user
