&#60;p&#62;- PHP version 4.3.0 or newer.&#60;br /&#62;
- MySQL version 4.1.0 or newer.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There are many provider out there which support those, however we've done many installation into the following hosts:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;- BlueHost&#60;br /&#62;
- DreamHost&#60;br /&#62;
- HostGator&#60;br /&#62;
- GoDaddy&#60;br /&#62;
- BluDomain&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You might want to check one of them. They fully support MachForm.
