<description>&#60;p&#62;If your hosting allows you to use PHP and you have a MySQL database, yes you can use MachForm. These days, it is rare that web hosting would not provide PHP and MySQL.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Perhaps by &#34;does not support third party software&#34; they mean they will not help you install it and get it running.
