As I stated earlier it is possible. Not sure why anyone would want to do this though. If you want to design a completely new form without Machform and write the code to insert it in to Machform database; you may as well just create a new database and be able to have all the possiblities that one would require and just leave the Machform database alone.

Hope this answers your question.

well saghalie you are partially
let me explain myself this way
already after designing a form on machform---it is automatically uploaded into machform mysql database
however,i was able to retrieve this information from the mysql database to an html web page--using mysql query
now if its possible to retrieve why cant i design a form than can insert directly into the database knowing fully well that machform has some limitations such as inability to integrate if else conditional statements for form display and the likes
please help in this regard
thank you

This would take some external programing, but why would you want to do that? Its all the same they way you have explained it and would be a waste of time for any programer to do this since MachForm already does it.

Am I missunderstanding what it is you want?

is it possible to design an html form and create an insert code that will link machform mysql database
and it will in turn be displayed when checking entries in machform
please note that i am aware machform can create this forms but i will like to create an independent form other than machforms that will link its database
any suggestion from anyone shall be appreciated
kind regards
