Yes, you can customise the message and pick and choose the fields. You need to experiment with the *template variable* options presented in the Emails section of Machform.

Basically you substitute the field names for the actual text like

Dear {element_1}

Thanks for your message....

Where "element_1" is the first name - as entered by the user. When the message is sent, it replaces "element_1" with the actual first name of the person so they will see this when they open the email.

This information is presented in the Emails area of the Admin screen.

What is a Template Variable?
A Template Variable is a special identifier that is automatically replaced with data typed in by a user.

How are they used?

Copy the variable name on the left (including curly braces) to your email template.

Where can Template Variables be used?

Template Variables can be used in From Name, Subject and Content fields.

I hope this is what you're asking about....and that it assists you.

To answer your question, yes you can do so.
Simply modify your email template and put those template variables there.

Remove the {entry_data} and put {element_1} and {element_6)

Hi there, if possible, please don't use all caps for the title.
Some other people might be annoyed with this :-)

Thank you.
