Put in the email you used to set up the admin account. That will send you a password.</p> <p>Otherwise, if you forgot the password, you might need to dig through the database should be the database table called "users" (or similar) and the user name/user email should be visible there. Go back to the machform admin log on and enter that email address and it should send you a new password.</p> <p>If you're not comfortable doing that in the database (using phpMyAdmin or similar), then log a formal help request with Appnitro, as they don't monitor this forum all the time. The admin password and username are not stored in the config.php file.</p> <p>When you first run the installer, it should have prompted for your email address and licence number. The default password is "machform". I've successfully downloaded, installed, and run MachForm previously but I'm unable to log in all of a sudden. I'm not sure what I did to mess it up.</p> <p>Upon navigating to the log in screen, I enter my admin username and password and it gets rejected. I get the "please enter the correct username and password!" error. I've read through all of the similar forum discussions that i could find but have been unable to resolve the problem.</p> <p>I checked the config.php file.
