<description>&#60;p&#62;There's no inbuilt check to prevent duplicate forms. Indeed, duplicating (making a copy of)the forms is a *feature* of Machform.  So you can have two forms with the same name, because the primary key is not the form's name, it's the record ID in the database. When you load a form on a webpage, the field in the query is the id. as in &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.yoursite.com/machform/view_form.php?id=46&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.yoursite.com/machform/view_form.php?id=46&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I suppose you'd have to check, manually, that you're not using the same form name (check the list of forms in the form manager when you first log on).  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Do you have a huge number of forms, that checking manually for a used name would be tedious task?
