I put the "upload a file" in there.</p> <p>Once I test out the form, every field works and the results come to my email, BUT the upload a file doesn't work. I mean I uploaded the file while completeing the rest of the form, then I submitted, then results come to my email. But the upload a file field is totally not there.</p> <p>Am I missing something? To make the file upload work, do I have to configure anything additionally? Plz help</p> <p>thanks </p>
