<description>&#60;p&#62;What's the best way to include an &#34;Other&#34; text field in a multiple choice field? For example, if a question has 3 options, I'd like the 3rd to be &#34;Other&#34; and have a text field that allows the user to enter text. The only way I currently see to do this is to just add  a separate field immediately after the multiple choice field, but ideally it would be better if everything was in just one field rather than in 2 separate ones. Thanks!
