Please check your file permission.'</p> <p>I have set all permissions to 777 with no luck, then set the machform folder to 755 and left the data folder at 777; nothing there.</p> <p>I have ensured PHP safe mode was off, even used the Plesk server restart option. After I have created the form there doesn't seem to be a file inside /data/form1/xxxx</p> <p>Also removed the DB and started afresh but still getting the same problem.</p> <p>Any thoughts? </p>
