I was only trying to point out that it creates the form when it is accessed, as opposed to the form being built and just sitting there. I'm looking for the same thing - access to the html/php that makes up the form. </p> <p>In another post I've also asked for the html/php page that contains the form for editing purposes, but I haven't had a satisfying answer on that yet. It is not a prebuilt page.
