Its a sales form. I would like to be able to ID the form when it comes in to the sales person, without having to create 40 Mach Forms in the system and the only varible is a person.</p> <p>Is there some way in php or HTML to add the sales person name and it get submitted to me with the form?</p> <p>Thanks Michael </p>
