<description>&#60;p&#62;I want to add a hidden field in my form. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For instance if I built a simple contact or lead generation form, I can add a hidden Long Answer field titled “Follow Up Notes” to this form.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then as customers or potential leads submit their information I can go back into the Form Manager and click on any submission and Edit that Follow Up Notes quickly.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I can hide any field so I could even put in date fields, file upload fields to attach documents to a lead, and other fields to create a more complete tracking system. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyway I can hack that on MachForm? &#60;/p&#62;
