<description>&#60;p&#62;You can essentially change the layout of form elements in the CSS, e.g. put all check boxes or radio buttons on one line rather than one under the other etc.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Just search the posts on this forum for such posts.  Some are &#34;sticky&#34; I think due to their frequency of being asked.  The 'sticky' posts are highlighted in green.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But as such you can't control the layout in a 'drag and drop' manner other than changing the order of the form fields in the form you're editing.

<description>&#60;p&#62;You can't really.  The form is generated every time it is called on, it does not exist as an html file until that instance.  You can change certain things in the css file (colours, font sizes, etc.).
