&#60;p&#62;Regarding the date format, actually the DD/MM/YYY format already available, simply insert the date field and then change the &#34;Date Format&#34; property.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also for the name fields and address fields, you can translate them into your own language. Simply modify &#34;includes/language.php&#34; file.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Please give us more options for international formats like 24 hr. mode, other date formats like DD.MM.YYYY various orders for address fields and last but not least the option for field names in a different language (Name always says &#34;First&#34; and &#34;Last&#34; and Address always says &#34;Street Address&#34; etc. in English.&#60;/p&#62;
