Hi Rachel,

That ads seems to be coming from netfirms indeed or whatever hosting you are using, since we don't put any kind of ads.
However, don't worry, we'd be glad to help you find the solution.

You said you had a new hosting plan? Where is it?

Please send me the login details to your web hosting control panel and we'll take a look into it. You can send the details through email: customer.service [at] appnitro.com

it is an ad for netfirms

https://rachelgoerkephotography.sslpowered.com/rachelgoerkephotography.com/mach%20form/view.php?id=12

i tried calling netfirms, they said it had something to do with mach forms being hosted through them. my confusion comes from the fact that I do not host through them any more. they are unable to help me, my current hosting plan does not seem to understand my problem...And I will not use the forms in the future that look that unprofessional. (I am currently using one now out of desperation...and am very embarrassed at the looks of it.) I don't know if you can help at all.

It looks like I need to get it onto my new hosting plan, unfortunately, when i upload it, it has not been working then. I may not have the correct login info, i have contacted my current host for that info. thank you for any help you are able to give. I am very frustrated at all of this right now and the fact that no one seems to be able to help me.

Hi,

May I know what kind of ads did you found ? Do you mean with machform logo on your form header ? if so, you can remove that logo, search for these code in your CSS form :

/**** Logo Section *****/
#main_body h1
{
	background-color:#dedede;
	margin:0;
	min-height:0;
	padding:0;
	text-decoration:none;
	text-indent:-8000px;
	background-image: url('../../../images/machform.gif');
	background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

the remove this like from there :

background-image: url('../../../images/machform.gif');

I have created two different forms. I am needing to use these right away, but when I go to view the forms or embed a link into my profile, there are ads on the top above the header section. Why is this? How do I get them taken off. They have not always been there on my older forms, this is something new. It just looks so unprofessional to my clients. Thanks for your help!!!
