&#60;p&#62;Is it possible for us to have temporary FTP login to investigate this further?&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, my form looks fine in the machform dir of my site however I've placed it in a WP page (not published yet) and on that WP page the 'last name' field has dropped down and is aligned approximately a quarter inch below the line of the 'first name' field. How can I change this so that both fields line up together?
