md5() is a one way encryption, are you sure with this?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If so, please let us know the URL to your form and which field would you like to change it as password (add a single line text field).&#60;/p&#62;

Essentially the password field once submitted would be encrypted via md5 etc. before being written to the DB?&#60;/p&#62;
