Ah.. yes, that means PHP Safe Mode is turned on.
I strongly recommend to turn it off.

After you have it turned off (or you can't turn it off), you'll need to manually create the file upload folder for all existing forms.

In this case create this folder:
machform/data/form_1/files

and make sure to set the permission of the above folder to writable (777).

If you need further help on this, please contact us directly via email:
customer.service [at] appnitro.com

We'll help you configure your settings.

Thanks for your reply. Still having problems.
I checked data folder permissions and they are all 777. There does however not seem to be any files in the sub folders in the data folder to remove the .htaccess file ?
I checked the host server settings and they did show the following: PHP support Yes (PHP 'safe_mode' on)............is that the safe mode setting that should be set to off??
Hopefully this gives you enough info to help further

Mostly the problem come from the permission. Try to make sure, your machform data folder permission is 777 (write and read). Also, try to remove .htaccess file under that folder.

If your server is running on safe mode, you need to turn off that setting to get machform work properly.

And to get the mail notification, simply go to "emails" menu and put your email address in "You" section. For redirect url, you can edit the form and select tab form properties. In the bottom of the page, you'll see success page option. Select "redirect url" and put another page url in there.

That would take your client redirected to another page after submit the form.

Hi I am having problems getting files to upload in this form http://www.vid-net.com.au/machform/view.php?id=1.

It seems you can browse and insert the files but as soon as you hit the continue button the files disappear??

Also is there a way to get an email as well as have the client automatically go to another page on submit??

Many thanks in anticipation

John
