Still having problems.<br /> I checked data folder permissions and they are all 777. Try to make sure, your machform data folder permission is 777 (write and read). Also, try to remove .htaccess file under that folder.</p> <p>If your server is running on safe mode, you need to turn off that setting to get machform work properly.</p> <p>And to get the mail notification, simply go to "emails" menu and put your email address in "You" section. For redirect url, you can edit the form and select tab form properties. In the bottom of the page, you'll see success page option.
