<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi - I am designing a blog for a client - is it possible for me to create a form for them to use on their blog?  They want to have a questionnaire for clients as one form, and a contract as another form.  I tried it, but when I filled out the questionnaire as a test, the submitted form came to both of us.  Is there a way to make this work or does my client need to go through the process of installing to her server?  &#60;/p&#62;
