Thanks Yuniar. I had used the code in the post you recommended yesterday, but it didn't work. Today I removed the the admin only and used the iframe code rather than the advanced code and that worked.

However, where do I modify the form to change the CSS class to not show the fields I want to hide?

You can check this post below to pass default value to a field:
http://www.appnitro.com/forums/topic/dynamic-content-php?replies=29

However, don't set the field as admin only field, as it won't work.
To hide the field, you can use CSS property.

I need to track dynamic affiliate id and and subid for data submitted to a form and store it in the database. Is this possible and if so, how do I do it?

Example: http://www.baseurl.com?affid=123456&subid=789456. I need to store the numeric values in the database.

I create two admin single text line fields (affid/subid) and would like to populate the them with this dynamic data from the URL.

Thanks.
