It is running in safe mode, but unfortunately it's not something I can turn off as this site is hosted by a university. I do have safe_mode gid set to get around some of the safe mode issues, but I guess it hasn't helped this issue.

Thanks for your help.

Is your web server running in safe mode ? If so, you need to turn off that setting, mostly the problem come from there.

However, if the problem still persist. You can send us your machform login info to :

customer.service[at]appnitro.com

I will check it directly.

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but something odd is happening with files that are uploaded with one of the machforms I've created.

I have a form with 3 file upload fields. The forms submit fine and the files are uploaded properly. When I go into the entries in the machform control panel, and click on the link to open the file, it downloads the file to my computer and tries to open it, but it always give me an error message saying the file is damaged and can't be opened. So if the file is a pdf, I get this error message from Adobe Reader: There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired. I get a similar message if the file is a jpg and I try to open it in either Mac Preview or Adobe Photoshop. The files are being downloaded completely and they appear fine sitting on my desktop, but they can't be opened with any program.

I can navigate to the actual file in the folder structure (the ones with the long strings of random characters at the beginning) and the files open fine from there. It's just when I click on the links in the entry in the control panel.

Any ideas?
