<description>&#60;p&#62;I must say this is really weird. The only difference when using the date field is that your form would load &#34;calendar.js&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not sure why it doesn't seems to work on that page, but it might having some conflict with the existing javascript.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To check this further, is it possible for me to have temporary FTP login to your machform?&#60;br /&#62;

I setup a test page which is identical to the page I am having the issue, minus the date field, and it works.
