Strange though, I believe Machform uses JQuery and the links I posted above show how to do it. Within the form people would be able to insert their prescription name and prescription number (both having their own filed).The problem I foresee happening is some people take quite a bit of medication so I would need to add maybe 10 fields for both prescription name and number. This would make the form extremely long for users that only need to enter a single prescription information.</p> <p>Is there any way the form could have a "add another field" button and the fields automatically show up when the user hits the button? Then they could repeat this process for as many prescriptions they need to fill in.</p> <p>If this is not possible does anyone know of an alternative that does give this functionality?
