Just checking to see if there's an easy way to add a checkbox to a contact from so users can subscribe to a campaign monitor mailing list?

Thanks for the answers! I will be buying Machform and experimenting with it. If I can figure out #3, I will post a tutorial so that everyone else can learn how to do it.

Hi there,

1) Yes, you can do this. You can set the email notification to go to the form owner and the person who submitted the form. The message for each of them can be customized as well.

2) To embed the form, simply copy the form code and put it into any of your web page. Using the iframe embed code, you can embed the form into any other sites.

3) We don't have any code ready for this, so I can't say for sure. However, one of our user is able to integrate MachForm with similar service as campaignmonitor here:

Hi I want to use MacForm for a contest. I've looked through your website and MacForm's features but I can't seem to find information on the following:

1. Can you create custom email confirmations? 1 email notification should go to the form owner and a 2nd needs to go to the person who submitted the form. Ideally the 2nd email needs to have a customized message.

2. How do I display the forms? Can I embed the form on a different domain? E.g. I install MacForms on mysite.com, can I display the forms on contestsite.com?

3. Is there any way to integrate MachForm with www.campaignmonitor.com?

Thanks!
