<description>&#60;p&#62;Basically you will only need to backup the msyql database of your machform. All your form entries are being stored there.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can setup a cron job within your site and write some shell script which do the backup.&#60;br /&#62;
I suggest to contact your hosting tech support if you aren't familiar with the above.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there a way to have these data files automatically backed up and sent somewhere?   These entries from the forms are super important and if they ever got deleted or crashed, we'd be toast.   Can you let me know if there is a way to set auto backups?&#60;/p&#62;
