I don't need a database as the the form is a simple contact form for the user to enter information and then have that information e-mailed to us. I have an existing form on the web site but it recently stopped working because of an upgrade to the security on the host server. It now requires a "from" field to be part of the php script so that they can ensure that the form is being sent from an address on the server. How do I generate a form with no database? </p>
