<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd like users to be able to recall a previous form submission and edit their entry.  Can that be implemented in code?  Similarly, I'd like to assign users an ID so that on future forms their ID would popluate fields like name/address/phone/email.  (Separate database?)&#60;/p&#62;
