Okay, I'm close. I changed the last entry ID in my database and have the numbers incrementing from the correct number format. I also added "Q{entry_no}" to the subject line of the email and that works well.

Now, I need to figure out how to get the "Q{entry_no}" as data into the excel file that is downloaded from the "Entries" page.

This is Excellent!

One more step though...I would like my custom number to be something like "Q12400". How would I go about this? I would also like this number to be reflected in the email and database. Essentially, I am setting up a form so customers can receive an RMA number via email.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can change the number of the last entry to 201100001. MachForm will automatically generate the next number based on this one.

I need to use a custom form entry number for one of my forms. For example, instead of the form entry being #1, I need it to be form # 201100001. The rest of the forms would go sequentially up from there. I already have about 750 form entries for this one form. If I go into the database through phpMyAdmin and set the last form in there to be number 201100001, will the next form start counting from there and be form number 201100002? Or will this mess up some underlying functionality of machform?

Thanks for your help.
