It might be you can create a custom page to pull out your form entries for each forms. You can see this post for further information :&#60;/p&#62;

I want them to be able to log into the records parts of their form and be able to log in to see only their form records (and download excel or csv)  and not the forms of other departments. Is there any easy way to do this?
