<description>&#60;p&#62;Assuming you do have Machform installed,  log in to the Control Panel for your machform (usually the URL is &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.yoursite.com/machform&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;www.yoursite.com/machform&#60;/a&#62; but this may be different for you.  Log in, and you will see the form manager.  Select the form, click Edit.  You have a whole range of management options there.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Or, are you using &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.phpform.org&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;www.phpform.org&#60;/a&#62; (which has a 'lite' version of Machform), where it creates the forms but without the processing to database or email ability.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's important to know the difference between the two;   Machform you pay for, phpForm is free but you can't save the forms once you create it, you get emailed the ZIP file with the HTML and CSS but you can't go back to update it - you have to recreate from scratch.
