I want to keep the full beautiful custom theme I created for each form. The instructions state to place the PHP file in the same directory, but I would like to have it in a folder called /eforms so if a user attempted to go to /forms they wouldnt get the MachForm login screen. </p> <p>Everything appears to work fine when I place the PHP into the /eforms location. I only have trouble loading one image file on the final review page. It cannot find <a href="http://website.com/eforms/images/checkbox_16.gif." rel="nofollow">http://website.com/eforms/images/checkbox_16.gif.</a> Yet all the other images on the form are all in /forms/images (which are png with the exception of the checkbox) are all found and loaded.</p> <p>Any ideas? </p>
