It's from not reading the instructions that it gives you during install. As for your username - put in your email address and then the password of machform. When you get logged in, change the password right away. I can't remember at this point if you had already put in your email address for the install/upgrade.</p> <p>If you have access to your MySQL database you can look at the tables with the username and then log in with that (it should be there). It is asking for an e-mail and password.</p> <p>I am not sure what e-mail/password it is asking for? I don't recall ever giving it an e-mail/pass in the first place. Only the MySQL db user/pass in config.php and then an email/key to confirm my installation.</p> <p>Now it's asking for an e-mail and password and I'm not sure what to put in. It tells me everything I put in is invalid.</p> <p>When I try to say "forgot password" I get the following error:</p> <p>Unable to send new password. Error message:</p> <p>Error sending email!{"status" : "ok", "message" : "A new password has been sent to your email address."}</p> <p>What do I do from here? </p>
