I didn't have any of these issues before the upgrade. I tried editing my existing forms using the new, multi-page feature and the page breaks wouldn't save. I started over creating new forms thinking that was the issue. Please help. My forms are currently useless!</p> <p>1. Sometimes, when I add several fields, they will be assigned the same number, essentially making them one field. This occurs even if they are different field types, like a name and address field. I can't edit or delete either of them.</p> <p>2. When I save the form, it appears as though it does save; however, when I view it or go back in to edit it, my new fields are missing.</p> <p>3. Same with page breaks. I add them, save the form and view or edit it and they are missing.</p> <p>4. The code to change the background color of the progress bar doesn't work on my custom theme when I view my forms. </p>
