<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi Yuniar, I just checked and yes, the file was properly uploaded to our server.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Doing some more testing, I found that the confirmation email sent to the user that is filling out the form receives the following data on the confirmation email:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Upload File: 	 file.pdffile.pdf&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It seems as though something is doubling up...not sure
&#60;/p&#62;</description>

&#60;p&#62;I receive the following page error upon submitting the form:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#60;code&#62;PHP Warning:  filesize() [&#38;lt;a href=&#38;#39;function.filesize&#38;#39;&#38;gt;function.filesize&#38;lt;/a&#38;gt;]: stat failed for ./data/form_1/files/element_9_d76920e071204e82158c2ef8454b53a3-2-file.pdf in /path-to-forms/includes/entry-functions.php on line 205&#60;/code&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
