&#60;p&#62;I also sent this to support, but wondering if anyone on the forums could help.    I'm using v.3 to create a multi-page form.  I got these PHP errors (see below) when I started entering the page breaks and now the form is not working.  Looks ok in edit mode, but when I &#34;View&#34; it, only shows 2 of 6 pages and fields are not present, just the text for them.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any advice?&#60;/p&#62;
