&#60;p&#62;That's odd. Make sure that you have the correct settings within the config.php file.&#60;br /&#62;
The database settings for version 3 has &#34;MF_&#34; prefix, so if you simply copied the settings from your old config.php file, make sure to add the &#34;MF_&#34; prefix to all database settings.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If the problem persist, we can help you with the upgrade process directly.&#60;br /&#62;
Simply contact us and let us know the FTP login info to your machform folder.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am upgrading from version 2.  When I load the version 3 files into place and execute the upgrade.php, I get the error message:&#60;br /&#62;
&#34;The Website cannot display the page&#34;.  I've double checked that I have the path corrrectly.  On my ftp client I can see that the files are in place.  In my browser I used the same path to access upgrade.php as I used for index.php before.  And trying to access index.php now also produces the error message above.
