When I load the version 3 files into place and execute the upgrade.php, I get the error message:<br /> "The Website cannot display the page". I've double checked that I have the path corrrectly. On my ftp client I can see that the files are in place. In my browser I used the same path to access upgrade.php as I used for index.php before. And trying to access index.php now also produces the error message above. </p>
