"You can write the HTML to put in an image - into the Title/Description fields and/or into Section Break fields."

Cool! I didn't know this was possible.

Thanks for the tip.

I'm sure you can have whatever image you like.

You can write the HTML to put in an image - into the Title/Description fields and/or into Section Break fields.

Type the follow code into your field where necessary, changing the domain to your actual site domain where the image is located (usually an "images" folder):

<img src="http://www.domain-pointing-to-your-image/images/yourimage.jpg">

Is there a way to embed my logo into the form rather then just be in the tiny banner (bar) at the top? I would like to have my logo on the form so when I print them my logo is there and is displayed. Right now it prints the information fine but there is no logo anywhere. I would like my logo to print like letter head. Is it a matter of putting the image in CSS? and where? thanks
Amanda
