&#60;p&#62;Please add this to my wish list:  It would be nice to have another property added to each field -- a kind of Nickname which would be used as the column heading when exporting data to a spreadsheet.  Now for example, the form field that asks, &#34;Does your child have any allergies we should know about?&#34; creates a column with that huge long name at the top in the exported file.  I would prefer that the field have the column heading &#34;Allergies&#34; on the report and not have to rename the column every time I export the data.
