I would like to add weight to each question and then be able to calculate a score for each of them. What would be the easiest way to do this?</p> <p>For example:<br /> Q: Did the person ask for the right information about that area?<br /> Yes, No, NA.</p> <p>If they scored a Yes, they would get +10, if they scored No, they would get -10, and if they scored NA, nothing happens.<br /> At the end of the form, it would then some how calculate the totals for each section or page.</p> <p>Is something like this possible?<br /> Thanks!! </p>
