<description>&#60;p&#62;No, your forms won't be affected, as long as you don't overwrite your 'data' directory, and the other file you shouldn't over-write is the config.php file containing the database connection information. (all that information is in the upgrade instructions).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Yes - the database is affected because the upgrade script (which you need to run once you copy all the files)  adds new tables and data to it for the new functions and features.&#60;/p&#62;
