My forms/test site are hosted on BlueHost and my email is through Google Apps. I set up the Gmail SMTP server in the System Settings and changed to "Remote Mail Exchanger" in the backend of BlueHost. But when the form is submitted, it seems to stall out and confirmation email is never sent.
