Ok this helps. If the calculations are tied to payment then I will split things up. Usually my clients pay me a deposit, then the rest 2 weeks before the work. Looks like I'll have to create a deposit form. Then at a later date send them the package and pricing form where they can choose their packages and options. I knew my paper contract form wouldn't exactly translate to an electronic form so it's all good. I'm a Photographer and my goal is to have people sign an agreement for Photography services, specifically choosing a package along with some possible extras.</p> <p>Right now these seems rather straightforward, but I don't see a way to assign a value to a checbox or radio button? Can it be done?
