When the field is visible to everyone, the field is properly populated with data 2012. When visibility is limited to Admin Only, the field remains blank. Is this the way it is designed to work or is this a bug?</p> <p>What I am attempting to accomplish is this:<br /> I need to have a field set to a specific value that cannot be changed when a user fills out the form. This field will be used to filter the entries for export to an excel file. I can't just filter by date because the year field is not the same as a calendar year. Any suggestions? </p>
