<description>&#60;p&#62;Aha! I figured it out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was using a custom theme and on it was a logo from an unsecured domain - so it looked like the entire form was unsecured. I moved the logo into the &#34;images&#34; folder in machform and changed the logo URL in my theme to the new logo and everything is working now.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I may have overlooked a setting or something, but we have an SSL on our machform server and it shows it is secure in the admin part of the site - but when we view the form, it still shows &#34;https://...&#34; but it isn't showing as secure.&#60;/p&#62;
