In Wordpress the Theme doesn't display the header or any of the box or drop shadow of my custom theme, just the form. I have tried, iFrame and Javascript neither one work. I have a number of different sites using a number of different WordPress themes and plugins but most can't display a form (using the old and new versions) correctly. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a reasonable explanation and/or fix? </p>
