I went into the ap_forms table and delete the problem form. Then it worked fine." Now when I try to access Machform I get the following message, select count(*) total_entry from <code>ap_form_16</code> Query failed: Table 'dbfirstpres.ap_form_16' doesn't exist receive the following message,</p> <p>I'm not concerned about the form, I could recreate if needed, but to create more forms I need to access Machform. </p>
