I have both text and picture in the field's label, but you could just use the picture. The picture is not stored in the form, but elsewhere and there is just a web address to point ot the picture. How do you insert images into the forms? For example we may upload an image of someone on an International Repatriation, Event Medical Cover, PTS Transfer, 999 A&E Front Line Ambulance. We may then ask them to identify the type of crew from a drop down e.g. HPC Paramedic IHCD Technician Emergency Care Assistant (ECA) Or None of the above
